| 英文摘要 | A kind of monoterpene lactone, 6-hydroxy-4,4,7a-trimethyl-5 6,7,7a-tetrahydro-4h-benzofuran-2-one, was isolated from ornithogalum caudatum ait, whose structure was confirmed by ir and nmr methods, and its fragmentation pathway was studied by esi-msn. the stereo-structure of the compound was identified by the degree of specific rotation and h-1 nmr. the experimental results demonstrate that the compound is firstly found in this kind of plant. |
