英文摘要A method of determining menadione sodium bifulfite by high performance capillary electrophoresis with ultraviolet detection was developed. menadione sodium bifulfite was detected under the following separation conditions: uncoated fused silica capillary (55 cm x 75 mu m), background electrolyte 40 mmol/l phosphate +50 mmol/l sodium dodecylsulfate (sds) (ph=7.5), operation voltage 15 kv and ultraviolet detection wavelength 231 nm. the choices of the buffer and the ph value were discussed. especially, the mechanism of sds on the solubility enhancement was investigated in detail. the experimental results show that menadione sodium bifulfite in injection was quantified with pyridoxal 5-phosphate as the internal standard, which means that the determination of menadione sodium bifulfite was very simple, feasible and satisfactory.
