英文摘要 | Nd3+ :k lu(wo4)(2) crystal with the dimension 46 x 26 x 7 mm(3) has been grown from a flux of k2wo4 using the top seed solution grown method. the solubility curve of k2wo4 in the solution has been measured. the absorption and emission spectra of nd3+ : klu(wo4)(2) have been investigated. the absorption and emission cross-sections are 7.93 x 10(-20) cm(2) at 812nm and 2.41 x 10(-19) cm(2) at 1072 nm, respectively. the fluorescence lifetime is 79.4 mu s at room temperature.
