英文摘要 | The spectral parameters of nd3+ ions in nd3+-doped nagd(moo4)(2) crystal have been investigated based on judd-ofelt theory and obtained as follows: the intensity parameters omega(eff) are omega(2) = 24.77x 10(-20), omega(4) = 7.31 x 10(-20) and omega(6) = 6.91 x 10(-20) cm(2). the radiative lifetime is 100 mu s, and the quantum efficiency is 93.9%. the fluorescence branch ratios were calculated to be beta(1) = 0.44 1, beta(2) = 0.469, beta(3) = 0.086 and beta(4) = 0.004. |
