英文摘要 | Nd3+ :lasc3(bo3)(4) nanocrystalline materials have been synthesized by a homogeneous precipitation method. characterization by x-ray diffraction showed the material structure to belong to the r32 space group and tem studies indicated that the nanocrystallites were 30-50nm in size. the fluorescence spectrum of the nd3+ :lasc3(bo3)(4) nanocrystallites is similar to that of bulk crystal. |
