英文摘要 | Relaxor ferroelectric crystal (1-x)pb(zn1/3nb2/3)o-3-xpbtio(3) (pznt) with x=0.07 (pznt93/7) has been grown by the vertical bridgman method from the high temperature solution of pznt-pbo system. the growth defects, such as nucleation core, inclusions, boundaries and particles, were investigated by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. sub-structures were found in the flux inclusions and the lack of zno component in pznt crystals was attributed to the existence of zno particles in the inclusions.
