| 英文摘要 | Fructose-bisphosphate aldolase c is one of important glycolytic isozymes in the metabolic process. the fructose-bisphosphate aldolase c which highly expressed in the human ovarian adenocarcinoma. cell has been separated by two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and identified by matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization tandem time-of-flight mass spectrometry (maldi-tof/tof ms). the results indicate that maldi-tof/tof ms in combination with the high resolution two dimensional gel electrophoresis is a simple and fast method for identification of unknown proteins. |
