英文摘要 | Ionic liquid (1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate, 1e-3mi-tfb) and hp-beta-cd as modifier was added to the buffer to separate hyperoside, luteolin and chlorogenic acid. experiments explored the effect of concentration of 1e-3mi-tfb and hp-p-cd on separation. the results indicated that 1.0 mmol/l hp-p-cd and 1 parts per thousand (v/v) 1e-3mi-tfb added to the buffer simultaneously could achieve a good compromise of resolution and analysis time. capillary experiments and uv spectra indicated that there was interaction between 1e-3mi-tfb and analytes. |
