英文摘要 | This paper reports the growth and spectral properties of er3+/yb3+:nay(moo4)2. er3+/yb3+:nay(moo4)2 crystal with dimension Φ20x40mm2 has been grown by the czochralski method. er3+/yb3+:nay(moo4)2 crystals melt congruently at 1124 degrees c. the hardness of er3+/yb3+: nay(moo4)2 crystal is 314 vdh. the spectral characterization of er3+/yb3+:nay(moo4)2 was investigated. the 552nm green light of up-conversion emissions was observed when the sample was excited with 980nm of the ld. the mechanism of energy transfer from the sensitizer yb3+ to the activator er3+ was analyzed. |
