英文摘要As an analytical method of properties and behaviors of a limited number of molecules, single-molecule detection can provide information of the individual molecule in small environment that would not easily be resolved by macro-statistical measurements aimed at a large number of molecules, and so has become topics of significant interest. with emphasis on electrochemical detection of single molecule, the basic techniques and results for single molecule detection are reviewed.
