| 英文摘要 | Synthesis and characterization of 2,5-bis(2-phenanthrenyl)-thieno[3,2-b] thiophene(phtt) were reported. the compound exhibits a great thermal stability. absorption measurements and electrochemical characterization revealed that phtt has a relative broad bandgap and low homo(the highest occupied molecular orbital) level. the field-effect mobility(mu(fet)) of phtt from top-contact thin film transistors was 0.021 cm(2)/(v(.)s). the thin film transistors of put show a good environmental stability. |
