英文摘要 | On a request to decrease the operation procedures and for quick analysis, the present study provides a simple method to determine poly (vinyl alcohol) (pva) in liquid incubation cultures. with pva concentration ([pva]), time (t) and ph value as parameters, the relationship among them has been investigated in the presence of microbes. the interesting result shows that although the profiles of [pva] versus t and ph versus t appear to be considerably complicated, a good linear correlation exists between [pva]/t and ph/t in almost every case. the presence of such a relationship provides a convenient method to monitor and analyze quickly the change of pva concentration in liquid incubation cultures. |
