| 英文摘要 | The determination of quercetin, luteolin, kaempferol and isoquercitrin in the chinese herbal -stamen nelumbinis by capillary zone electrophoresis ( cze) with ultraviolet detection( uv) is reported. the analytical conditions were optimized through investigation of the effects of buffer ph, buffer concentration and applied voltage. the optimized conditions are as following: 40 mmol/l na2b4o7 solution (ph = 9. 0), working voltage of 16 kv and detection wavelength of 254 urn, the detection limits were 5.0, 6.7, 4.5 and 6.0 mg/l, respectively. these four analytes can be well-separated in 10 min. |
