| 英文摘要 | Two trans polyphenolic stilbenes, resveratrol and 3,4,4',5-trans-tetrahydroxystilbene, were prepared in three steps from 4-methoxy phenylacetic acid and methoxylated benzaldehydes via a perkin reaction. an interesting cis to trans isomerisation occured in the demethylation process in the presence of aii(3) and acetonitrile to give resveratrol and 3,4,4',5-trans-tetrahydroxystilbene with overall yields of 51% and 48% respectively. |
