| 英文摘要 | Dual-polarization interferometry (dpi) technology is a newly developed sensitive, real-time and label-free interface analytical technique. it allows precise determination of the thickness and the refractive index for the molecular layer up to 10 measurements per second. dpi has been applied in the structural and functional characterization of proteins, studies on the interactions between biomolecules or biomolecule-ligand, the mimics biomembrane and dna hybridization studies etc. the principle, characteristics and current applications of dpi in bioanalysis were extensively reviewed. |
