英文摘要 | The biochemical effects of nd(no3)(3) was studied by nmr-based metabonomics. male wistar rats were administrated intraperitoneally with nd (no3)(3) at doses of 2, 10 and 50 mg/kg body weight. urine was collected over a 48-h period after dosing and serum was collected after 48 h. h-1 nmr spectra of biofluids (urine and serum) were analyzed by pattern recognition using principal components analysis. the studies showed that there was a dose-related biochemical effects of nd (no3)(3) treatment. the liver and kidney (renal. tubular and renal papilla) damage induced by nd (no3)(3) was characterized by the variations of many endogenous metabolites, such as citrate, creatinine, n-trimethyl dioxide, dimethyl amine, dimethyl glycine, lactate, taurine and glucose. the nmr-based metabonomics can be applied to study the biochemical effects or toxicities of other compounds. |
