英文摘要Zno nanorods and zno nanorods doped with ce3+ have been synthesized by a solvothermal method. the properties of as-synthesized nanorods were investigated by tem, x-ray diffraction and photoluminescence spectroscopy. the results showed that ce3+ doping and increasing concentration could induce the enhancement of photoluminescence.
