| 英文摘要 | The nd3-xdyxfe23-xco6moy (x = 0.5-3) compounds have been synthesized and characterized by rietveld analysis of powder x-ray diffraction patterns (xrd). the results of xrd and thermomagnetic curves indicate that the compounds with x ranging from 0.5 to 2.5 are nearly single phase and crystallize in the nd-3(fe,ti)(29)-type structure. the lattice parameters and unit cell volume decrease with increasing dy content due to the lanthanide contraction. the curie temperature t-c is almost independent of the dy content and the saturation magnetization m-s decreases with increasing dy concentration.
