| 英文摘要 | This study describes a reproducible protocol for rapid mass propagation and plant regeneration of tibouchina urvilleana. in vivo sourced from leaf explants cultured on ms medium with 15.9 mu m tdz induced calluses followed by adventitious bud formation. immature leaves taken from in vitro grown shoots were also cultured on ms media containing tdz alone or in combination with naa. adventitious shoot formation from in vitro leaf explants was optimal on medium containing a combination of 15.0 mu m tdz and 2.0 mu m naa. ms medium with 22.2 mu m ba was most effective for shoot proliferation, but shoot elongation was suppressed at high concentration of ba. half-strength ms medium with 1.07 mu m naa was optimal for rooting. a high percentage (96-100%) of plantlets survived. |
