Controlled synthesis of large inner diameter carbon nanotubes by ni-fe/zeolite 4a catalyst

英文摘要Large inner diameter carbon nanotubes(lidcnts) were controlled prepared by chemical vapor deposition method using ethanol as carbon source and ni-fe/zeolite 4a as catalyst. the influences of ni/fe molar ratio (n(ni):n(fe)), carbon nanotubes(cnts) preparation temperature, catalyst calcination temperature and zeolite 4a support on the inner diameter of cnts were studied. the lidcnts and catalyst after reduction were investigated by tem, sem, xrd and bet. the results indicated that the inner diameter of lidcnts increased with the increasing of cnts preparation temperature and catalyst calcination temperature, but decreased with the n(ni):n(fe) increasing. the inner diameter of cnts can be controlled at 10 similar to 80 nm.
