英文摘要 | A series of novel bile acid derivatives as potential hepato-biliary and intestinal scintigraphy imaging spect (single photon emission computed tomography) tracers were prepared from bile acids by esterification, aminolysis of esters and alkylation of amino groups. the procedure is simple and easy to be carried out with high yields. their structures have been confirmed by ir, (1)h nmr, (13)c nmr, hrms techniques and elemental analysis. these results provide some opportunities for further research on radiopharmaceuticals based on bile acids. |
