英文摘要Boron powder was introduced into the carbon fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites as active filler to compensate the volume shrinkage in the polymer pyrolysis process by the volume expansion accompanied with the in situ reaction between boron and pyrolysis product and/or protective atmosphere. xrd and epma were used to characterize the composition and microstructures of the composite. h-bn was formed and composites showed non-brittle fracture behavior.
