| 英文摘要 | The bioactivities, including the anti-inflammatory activity and influences on the learning function and the immunosuppression activity, of c(60)-dexamethasone have been studied in mice and compared with those of dexamethasone. c60-dexamethasone and dexamethasone were administered orally at dosage of 30 mu mol/kg . d. the experiments showed that c(60)-dexamethasone retained the anti-inflammatory activity. on the other side the influences of c(60)-dexamethasone on the learning function and the immunosuppression activity were much lower than that of dexamethasone. the scavenging test for lipophilic dpph free radical indicated that c(60)-dexamethasone was an efficient free radical remover or antioxidant, which was responsible for the reduction of side effects of c(60)-dexamethasone. |
