英文摘要When hf-treated silicon nanowires (sinws) were irradiated by femtosecond laser pulses, three new energy transitions appeared in the uv region, which might be attributed to defect-related deep levels, especially oxygen and silicon vacancies rather than their morphology and structure changes.
