英文摘要Dendrimer polyamidoamine generation five-folic acid conjugate was synthesesed and radiolabelled with fac-[tc-99m(co)(3)(h2o)(3)](+), its in vitro stability was evaluated further. both of the labeling yield and radiochemical purity of the g5-fa-dtpa-tc-99m(co)(3) conjugate exceeded 95%. more than 95.7% and 93.1% of the conjugate still keeps its original structure in pbs and new-born calf serum solution respectively.
