英文摘要 | Three durocxlandracexlarge white growing barrows (65.9 +/- 3.8 kg bw) were fitted with a catheter in the carotid artery and fed a common corn-soybean meal based diet three times daily at 07:30, 15:30 and 23:30 h. blood samples were taken immediately from catheter pre-feeding and at 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 h after feeding to determine the changes in plasma tumor necrosis factor-alpha (tnf-alpha) concentration. the results showed that plasma tnf-alpha concentration decreased significantly 1 hour post feeding (p<0.05), then tended to increase with fluctuation and increased very significantly at 6 h after feeding (p<0.01), compared with the preprandial concentration. these results suggested that tnf-alpha may play a role in the postprandial metabolism regulation in pigs. |
