| 英文摘要 | An improved liquid chromatography method coupled with diode array detector was developed for the simultaneous determination of lutein, beta-carotene and lycopene in tomato epicarp and products. the separation was achieved on a ymc c(30) column with gradient elution of methanol and methyl tert-butyl ether. the improved method was simple, rapid, linear and sensitive for the simultaneous determination of the three carotenoids in tomato products. |
