| 英文摘要 | The concept of multi-indicators detached coefficients is put forth and a service credit evaluation method is given on the service agents of corporation in this paper. we also get the optimal multi- indicators detached coefficients matrix by minimizing the estimate errors. according to this matrix, we get the scores vector of service agents' service credit at n indicators, further the service credit of the service agents is evaluated and selected by corporation. |
