英文摘要Thermal oxidation behaviors of inn powders were investigated by x-ray diffraction (xrd) and fourier transform infrared (ftir) in the open air environment. it was found that indium nitride (inn) was very steady below 400 degrees c. inn was easy oxygenated when the thermal temperature exceeded 500 degrees c. when the temperature was increased to 600 degrees c, inn was turned completely into in2o3.
