英文摘要Thermal behaviors of inn powders in n-2 (purity, 99.999%) were investigated by xrd and ftir. a few indium nitride (inn) powders were oxygenated when the thermal temperature exceeded 600 degrees c. when the temperature was increased to 800 degrees c, part of inn powders were dissociated in and n-2 and turned into in2o3.
