英文摘要 | We have synthesized novel diode-shape zno nanocrystals via a simple solid-vapor approach. this new nanostructure is constructed by two basic parts: a hexagonal nanorod and ultra-long nanowires on the two tips of the nanorod. the whole structure is a perfect single crystal along the [0001] growth direction with the length of a few 10 mm. this configuration is a new member in the family of zno nanostructures. based on our xrd and electron microscopy study. the new effect of sri in the growing process is discussed.
