英文摘要In this letter, a continuous-wave (cw) continuously wavelength-tunable laser source employing a self-injected fabry-perot laser diode (fp-ld) is achieved and investigated experimentally. through carefully tuning the fiber fabry-perot tunable filter (ffp-tf) and chip temperature of the fp-ld, 80 c-band international telecommunication union (itu) wavelengths with 50-ghz mode spacing were obtained with a good performance of the output peak power >-4.74 dbm (delta p-max = 2.40 db) and optical sidemode suppression ratio (smsr) >41 db.
