英文摘要The temperature dependence of polaron cyclotron resonance mass in gaas/algaas heterostructures is reinvestigated theoretically. by taking into account the electron-longitudinal-optic phonon interaction with temperature-dependent many-body effects, the conduction band non-parabolicity, and the influence of nonzero magnetic field, a good agreement with experiment is obtained.
