英文摘要Cardiac marker is an important diagnostic index for the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction, chronic cardiac failure or atherosclerosis. Effective monitoring of the cardiac markers can directly affect the clinical diagnosis, risk stratification, treatment options and prognosis of the patients with cardiovascular disease. The microfluidic immunoassay chip offers a potential platform for the rapid detection of cardiac markers with several remarkable characteristics, including low sample consumption, portable, high throughput and integration. In this review, we gave an overview of the recent progress of the microfluidic. based bioassays in the detection of cardiac markers. The prospects for the applications of microfluidic chip in this area were discussed as well.
