| 英文摘要 | The Dachao River lies in the Dongchuan District of Yunnan Province, China, a moutainous region with large-scale mudflows and floods, caused by rain fall in summer and autumn. Mudflows frequently occur in this area, about 10-20 times each year, and maximum 20to 30 times. They always reutly in disaster for agriculture, communication and industry. Since 1976, seven detension dams have been built in the valley and aritifcial channel 5000 m long has been dug on the fan. In addition, many trees have been planted in the mountain area. Based on the investigations in 1977-1979, several conclusions had been made in this paper. |
