英文摘要Laser-induced fluorescence-intensified charge coupled-device (LIF-ICCD) was applied as detection of capillary electrophoresis. Various effects were studied both for the data collection of frequency and sensitivity of fluorescence detection in order to arrive at the optimun conditions. A capillary electrophoregram of 4.5 x 10(-12) mol/L of fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) was obtained with the LIF-ICCD detector under the chosen conditions.
