英文摘要Two-dimensional (2D) semiconducting materials have been widely used in optoelectronic devices, catalysis, biosensors and other fields due to their unique molecular structure and electronic properties, herein have attracted lots of attention. In this review, the development of traditional 2D materials as well as novel 2D material graphdiyne has been summarized. The review focused on the application of traditional 2D materials in the field of photodetector, investigated the influence of different material systems and their device structures on the performance of the photodetector. In addition, we further described the synthesis and application of graphdiyne. Finally, we summarized the opportunities and challenges of traditional 2D materials and graphdiyne in the application of energy conversion devices.
