Dithienosilole-based non-fullerene acceptors for efficient organic photovoltaics

英文摘要In this work, two new small-molecule non-fullerene acceptors, NFDTS and NFDTSB, with an acceptor-donor-acceptor (A-D-A) framework were designed and synthesized based on dithienosilole (DTS) derivatives. PTB7-Th: NFDTSB-based devices achieved the highest PCE value of 9.60% with a V-OC of 0.751 V, a FF of 63.3%, and a high J(SC) of 20.14 mA cm(-2) without any post-treatment, which is so far the best performance reported for OPV devices utilizing DTS-based organic photovoltaic materials.
