| 英文摘要 | Through substituting two canonical base pairs of a streptavidin-binding aptamer with T-T mismatched base pairs, a new aptamer was constructed. Its binding ability could be controlled by Hg2+ through the formation of T-Hg-T metal-base pairs. |
