英文摘要 | Matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry MALDI-TOF-MS was generally used to analyze macromolecular compounds. In this paper we study how to use the MALDI to determine the molecular weight of small molecule compounds, such as sugars, amino acids, clenbuterol, diphenylmethyl amines, plant hormones, etc. We also studied how to exploring the sensitivity of matrix and how to application the sensitivity. We find a macromolecular 1,2,3,4-tetrakis(3',4'-hydroxyphenyl)-thiophene as matrix, it not only absorbs the laser energy but also makes sample desorption ionization. At the same time it does not produce interfering ions to low molecular weight. In addition, perfluoro C-60 was added in matrix sensitivity can be improved. |
