英文摘要A facile method using nano-particles to control the surface structure and the wettability was reported. Three kinds of poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) films with different surface structure were prepared by the imprinting of nanosilicas. The wettability studies of these films showed that the contact angle for water was changed from 103 degrees to 65 degrees, then improved to 130 degrees. The PVC film surface was examinated by using a scanning electronic microscope. It was showed that the PVC film surface had nanoholes and nanoprotrudings structure after being imprinted with nanosilicas, and the parallel experiments proved that chloroform and NaOH solutions could not improve the wettability of PVC films.
