英文摘要 | Three light-emitting alternating copolymers, DSB-TEO, DSB-SEO and DSB-PEG(1500) consisting of 1, 4-distyrylbenzene (DSB, oligomer of poly (p-phenylene vinylene) (PPV) with three units) and ionic conducting oligomer ethylene oxide(OEO) segments in different lengths, were synthesized. The charge transport mechanism of these copolymers in chloroform solution was studied. The relationship of OEO chain length with crystallization, phase structure and solvency to the L salt of copolymers were investigated. A proposal was offered for a rational design of this kind of copolymers. A light-emitting diode. with configuration ITO/PEDOT-PSS/DSB-TEO/Ca (Al) was successfully fabricated. |
