英文摘要Synthesis and characterization of 2,5-bis(2-phenanthrenyl)-thieno[3,2-b] thiophene(PhTT) were reported. The compound exhibits a great thermal stability. Absorption measurements and electrochemical characterization revealed that PhTT has a relative broad bandgap and low HOMO(the highest occupied molecular orbital) level. The field-effect mobility(mu(FET)) of PhTT from top-contact thin film transistors was 0.021 cm(2)/(V(.)s). The thin film transistors of PUT show a good environmental stability.
