| 英文摘要 | Conducting polymers have attracted particular attention recently in organic field-effect transistors due to the simple process for their devices fabrication and the possibility to make devices of large area. Some devices of conducting polymers even exhibit performance which can be compared with that of amorphous silicon. In this paper, the development history of polymer field-effect transistors is reviewed. The materials, device fabrication, device structures, device performance characterization and working principles are discussed. Finally, the developing prospects and existing problems of polymer field-effect transistors are also addressed. |
