英文摘要Two trans polyphenolic stilbenes, Resveratrol and 3,4,4',5-trans-tetrahydroxystilbene, were prepared in three steps from 4-methoxy phenylacetic acid and methoxylated benzaldehydes via a Perkin reaction. An interesting cis to trans isomerisation occured in the demethylation process in the presence of AII(3) and acetonitrile to give resveratrol and 3,4,4',5-trans-tetrahydroxystilbene with overall yields of 51% and 48% respectively.
