英文摘要 | Study on the preparation of Si-C-Ti ceramic by in-situ reaction between polycarbosilane(PCS) and metal Ti had been proceeded in this work. The effects of their ratios and reactive condition on the composition of pyrolytic products were studied. The Ti(3)SiC(2) phase formed by reaction between metal Ti and PCS was firstly observed. The reaction temperature between (PCS) and metal Ti and compositions of products obtained at different temperature were examined by DSC and XRD. The formed mechanism for Ti(3)SiC(2) was analyzed. The results indicated that the high-purity Ti(3)SiC(2) can be obtained by controlling the ratios between PCS and metal Ti and reaction conditions. The morphology and composition were characterized by SEM with EDX. |
