英文摘要 | Water-soluble diblock copolymers PEO-b-PGL with well controlled composition were synthesized by sequential anionic ring-opening copolymerization of ethylene oxide (EO) and glycidol (GL). epsilon-Caprolactone (CL) was further initiated by the pendant hydroxyl group of each GL unit in PEO-b-PGL copolymer to synthesize amphiphilic graft copolymers PEO-b-PGL-g-PCL with well defined grafting architecture. The self-assembly behavior of PEO-b-PGL-g-PCL graft copolymers was investigated with pyrene as a probe for the determination of critical micelle concentrations (cmc). Meanwhile, doxorubicin as a model drug was encapsulated into PEO-b-PGL-g-PCL micelles, and its release behavior controlled by diffusion and enzymatic degradation was studied. The influences of composition and grafting structure in PEO-b-PGL-g-PCL copolymers on self-assembly, drug loading and release were discussed. |
