英文摘要Plasma treatments were carried out on the surface of PLGA electrospun nanofibrous membranes to induce the functional amino groups. The changes of wettability and mechanical strength of PLGA membranes via plasma treatment were also investigated. The optimal parameters of plasma treatment including treat time, vacuum, and discharge power were determined by the orthogonal experiment design. Although the strength moduli of the PLGA electrospun membranes decreased due to plasma etching, a hydrophilic surface was formed after the plasma treatment.
