A Robust Inter-Connecting Layer for Achieving High Performance Tandem Polymer Solar Cells

英文摘要A robust inter-connecting layer for achieving high-performance tandem polymer solar cells is fabricated and demonstrated in polymer tandem solar cells with a PCE of 7.0%. This layer is optically transparent, electrically conductive, and physically strong. It is revealed that, under light illumination, charges are collected and recombined in the interlayer; under dark conditions, charges are generated and extracted from it.
