Influence of CuInSe2 Nanocrystals Concentration on the Performance of CuInSe2/P3HT Hybrid Photodetectors

英文摘要 | CuInSe2 is a promising light-absorbing material suitable for high efficiency solar cells. This material possesses many advantageous properties for solar applications. For example, its band gap energy is at the red edge of the solar spectrum and it is a direct band-gap semiconductor with correspondingly high absorption coefficient. In this paper, CuInSe2 and P3HT were used to prepare a hybrid material. The performance in switching ratio and temporal response of the fabricated photodetector with CuInSe2 and P3HT was measured. The influence of CuInSe2 nanocrystals concentration on the performance of the CuInSe2-P3HT hybrid photodetector was investigated. It was found that the switching ratio reaches to a maximum value for the hybrid film with a mass ratio of CuInSe2 to P3HT of 1:2.5, while the temporal response was becoming faster. |
